Apartment Review for 1396 N Columbus Apartments - Glendale, CA

Elevator constantly breaks and they refuse to repair it. AC breaks every other week and apparently this si common throughout per my neighbors. The lectrical has problems. The parking gates remain open which invites in theft or vandels. Unclean hallways and unresposnive management. If I request service, they get angry that I complained. Silly me to expect that I should have clean water, working electrical and cooling system and dont get me started on teh elevator. The city of Glendale is getting ready for a civial action suit do teh complaints. Do Not move in. Horrible management whom does not care about the tentants. The vendors are all related to the property management co, Trumark. I was told to get an attorney if I dont like it. They are nice until you sign the lease than your stuck for 12 months. Look up the street, nice area less rent for buildings that are more functional. They are on their third resident manager in two years, why?
