Surprise! This building allows a small pet. There are only eight units in the building, and the building is really well kept. Some of the apartments have a view of the Verdugo Hills. All of them have either a large patio, or a huge balcony. There is a working fireplace, gated entry, subterranean garage, and even a communal barbecue area.  Need to rent an apartment?
