We were quoted a rate of $1945 for a 2 bedroom townhome, but when we arrived, they jumped the price to $2195! They also want a $500 deposit for pets, plus an additional $60 a month. The model they said they had available, wasn't. I don't know what its like ot live there, but how can you trust anyone who lures you in with one price and then jacks it up?!  Need to rent an apartment?
