Apartment Review for Avalon Glendale - Glendale, CA

My husband had only three days to search for an apartment in Glendale. Many were even more expensive with far fewer amenities. The property is only a year old, has a tile roof, stucco exterior, vast underground parking for tenants and guests, workout room and conference room. Gated gardens, elevator, pool, and well-groomed landscaping are only the exterior features. Although 1-3 bedroom units are available, he selected a 2 bedroom townhouse with granite countertops, 2 full baths and European white cabinents. My husband can walk to work in 10 minutes, shop at the grocery across the street and visit nearby ethnic restaurants.
