Apartment Review for Hampton Court/Place - Glendale, CA

This complex is great in terms of response time from maintenance and general up keep of the common areas HOWEVER it is very clear that management does not replace or fix things unless you are a pitbull! The unit I previously rented had water intrusion and flooding EVERY time it rained. Management insisted that the problem had been fixed and I learned they lied once it rained again. They were reluctant to accommadate finding me an alternate unit, dragged their feet in fixing the problem and provided NO assistance in relocating me to a habitable unit. I would be VERY reluctant to rent on the first floor of this older buildings.
