Apartment Review for Sterpa - Glendale, CA

The apartment itself was great, but the neighborhood, specifically Palmer Ave. between Central and San Fernando is too busy and too noisy with tire businesses next door, a Korean Church across the street, early trash pick-up for the businesses SIX DAYS A WEEK which is very noisy, and noticable littering on the street with regular dumping of furniture, and odds and ends. The on-site manager is wonderful, but he can't fix where this building is located. If you need peace and quiet, do not live here. Was here from the summer of 2007 to summer of 2008.
