Apartment Review for The Hills Apartments - Glendale, CA

You DO NOT want to live here!!!! This place has gone downhill TREMENDOUSLY!!! The "manager" parties more than any of the residents and you can never get him to assist with anything. The owner's obviously do not care about this property. The manager allows ex-residents to still park their vehicles on the property and there is already a parking shortage. People are swimming in their underwear in the pool. BEER BOTTLES AND WINE BOTTLES are left around the pool. This property has turned into a GHETTO PROPERTY. Do yourselves a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
